1. How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled and delivered?

Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within South Africa takes approximately 5–6 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

 

3. Can I return my wig if I don’t like it?

We only offer exchanges, not refunds.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

The item will be sent to our warehouse, and a replacement will be shipped directly to you.

 

4. How do I care for my wig?

Gently brush or comb your wig with a wide-tooth comb.

Wash with mild shampoo and conditioner in cold or lukewarm water.

Air dry on a wig stand for best results.

Avoid excessive heat unless your wig is heat-resistant.

 

5. Are your wigs made from human hair?

We offer both 100% human hair wigs and high-quality human blend wigs.

Product descriptions specify the type of hair for each wig.


6. Can I style my wig with heat tools?

Only heat-resistant wigs can be styled with flat irons, curlers, or blow dryers.

Regular wigs may be damaged by heat, so always check the product description.

 

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the courier system.
